A Wall Around Your Heart - Emotion Code

Updated on April 19, 2014

Emotion Code Therapy. Is a Heart Wall blocking Love from entering your life?

A look at how Emotion Code Therapy can help to reduce your 'Heart Wall', clearing away past baggage, allowing you to enter new relationships.

This article contains details of my own experience of Emotion Code Therapy to reduce my Heart Wall. Although it doesn't guarentee you will meet the love of your life, it can help you on the way towards that goal.

What is your heart wall symbolised by?

My Personal Experience

It is over 20 years since my divorce. Since then I have had several casual and short term relationships, but haven't lived with anyone else. None of my friends could understand why I had remained single for so long as I am considered attractive, funny and kind.

The only 'long term' relationships I had were long distance, which was my choice. I didn't want someone who was around me all the time.

My excuse for this was my children. Their father had been physically abusive to them, and to me. I had told myself that I would never risk living with a man as long as my children were under my roof.

My eldest child was 29, my youngest 20 this time last year. Using them as an excuse to avoid relationships just wasn't working any more.

I decided it was time to look deeper in myself for the answer to why I avoided commitment.

I went to see a wonderful Emotion Code Practioner, Viv Vincent, who is also a qualified councellor.

Viv discovered I had a heart wall that was 60 miles wide and symbolised by Sage.

This made a strange kind of sense to me as Sage, to me, represents spiritual and physical protection. The 60 mile wide wall around my heart made sense of why I only felt relaxed in long distance relationships. I had taken the idea of 'personal space' to heart.

I began the therapy in January 2010 and had 3 sessions to clear blocked emotions from my past.

Have you got trapped emotions?

What can you do about it?

It has been recognised by many scientists that many organisms consists of energy. Emotions are exception. Unfortunately these emotional energies can become lodged in our bodies, especially if we do not deal with them adequately at the time, or are too young to voice our concerns! This negative emotional energy can cause our bodies to have a stress reaction when events trigger emotional energies we had forgotten about at a conscious level. These stresses on the body can lead to serious ailments in the body causing pain or chronic diseases.

This is where an Emotion Code Practioner come in, by tapping into your subconscious and asking what, where and when a trapped emotion occurred.

Then with the use of a powerful magnet the practioner releases the trapped emotions one by one, removing of all that excess baggage that so many people carry around with them.

After My Therapy

I began therapy in January 2010. I had 3 sessions, the final one in April 2010. Viv told me that my Heart Wall had been reduced from 60 miles to less than 6 feet.

It was more than 3 years since I had a relationship with a man, and he lived 4,000 miles away.

I couldn't in all honestly see that any thing would change as a result of this therapy and life carried on as normal for a few weeks, until June 2010.

I should make something clear, being approached by men has never been my problem. My problem is I push them away and refused to date.

I never gave my phone number to men.

Imagine my suprise when, in June of 2010, I found myself not only giving out my phone number to a stranger I had started a casual conversation with, but agreeing to a date.

I told myself that it was because he wasn't a UK resident, so I was 'safe'. I would probablly never see him again.

Turned out he was staying less than 5 miles from my house, and not just for a few weeks.

It is now a year down the line and we are still dating.

I haven't quite resolved all my issues, he travels for his work and doesn't llive with me.

For me, it is a halfway point. I have let my guard down and let some one 'in', but I am not yet ready to emerge completely from behind my wall.

However, it is remarkable progress after 20 years of self-imposed singledom.

UPDATE: It is 2 years next month since I met the man, and we are looking at wedding venues. :D

Emotion Code- Opening your heart - how Emotion Code Therapy can help you be open to love.

A talk by Dr Nelson about The Emotion Code.

Drain Cleaner Extrodinaire!

Imagine the body as a sophisticated drainage system. The emotional blockages which may have been trapped for years in the body may be triggered by everyday events that evoke memories of emotions. This can cause the body to be under emotional stress for no immediatly aparent reason. This stress obn the body could eventually cause pain and suffering. By flushing out these blockages any treatment you may be receiving may work more efficiently, therefore speeding your recovery. Some people receive instant relief after a release; some with chronic illnesses such as fibromyalgia have a slow but steady healing process.

Trapped emotional energies will often gather around the heart, creating a “Heart-Wall” that may block you from giving and receiving love freely.

The Emotion Code is a powerful and simple way to rid yourself of unseen baggage. Releasing trapped emotions often results in the sudden disappearance of physical ailments, self-sabotage, and recurring relationship difficulties. With the help of a Certified Practitioner you can release them.
